If you paid via Credit Card

“Refund for tours paid by credit card will be refunded via credit card (no refund surcharge).
Please note that the process might vary depending on the closing date of your credit card and the dates you originally made and revised (cancelled/reduced guests) your reservation.”

1If the refund was made prior to the Statement Issue Date

“The price difference of the tour fare after the changes or cancellation are made, will be refunded to your credit card account.
※Even if the refund occurs before your card statement was issued, depending on the credit card company’s closing date, the amount might be charged to your account before it is refunded.”

2If the refund was made after the Statement Issue Date

Please note that depending on the credit card closing date it may take 1-2 months to refund your payment. We are unable to check the closing date or due date (account withdrawal date) of each credit card company. Please check your credit card statement to confirm the details of charges and refunds to your account.

If you paid via Convenience Store, Japan Post Bank or Online Banking

Refund to Bank Account (Requires Refund Surcharge )

During the cancellation process, please make sure to select “Refund to Bank Account”‘ in the “Refund Method” selection box. After the change or cancellation is completed, you will receive an email within three working days guiding you through the refund procedure. Please follow the instructions in the email to register your bank account.

Confirm Processed Refund

*Go to the “Reservation History” on your Member’s Page, to register your bank account under the “Refund History” tab inside the “Reservation Details” section. Please note that that the refund will not be issued otherwise, even if you your bank account is registered in the “Bank Account Management System”.
※The refund cannot be requested by replying to the instruction email.
※Please confirm the [Bank Name], [Branch Name], [Branch Number], [Account Type], [Account Number] and [Account name (usually in Katakana)] affiliated to your bank account in advance.

※A refund will be issued after deducting a refund fee (a flat fee of 430 JPY per refund transaction).
Please note that if the refund amount is less than 440 Yen, the refund amount will be offset against the refund fee and a flat 10 Yen refund transfer will be applied.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made from within your Member’s Page

  • Go to the “Reservation Details” section and click on “Cancel Reservation”.
  • Confirm the details of your cancellation and click or tap on “Next”.
  • Click or tap on “Accept Terms and Complete Cancellation” to finalize the cancellation.

※If a reservation is cancelled a stipulated cancellation fee will be charged.
※Once the cancellation is completed, you will receive a confirmation. Please make sure to check it (details of the cancellation can also be checked from the Member’s Page).
